MBC Developer Community Development Corporation (MBC DevCorp) respectfully submits this proposal in support of the Elevate X Workforce Development Program, a pilot initiative in South Dallas County, Texas. Established in 2019, MBC DevCorp is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering underserved communities through entrepreneurship, affordable housing, and civic engagement.
